WOD: 7-3-12


Strength: 20 mins to find 1RM Thruster

WOD: For time:

60 Thrusters at 50% of 1RM

7 Toes-to-Bar for every time the bar is put back down

  • Don’t slack on the 1RM to make the WOD easier
  • You will not be able to do this unbroken.  Enjoy your 21 (at least) Toes-to-Bar
  • It’s not about just moving a load, but also doing it quickly
